ERDF Management and Monitoring

The ERDF General Management Office of the Ministry of Finance –as the ERDF management authority in Spain– after having evaluated the description of duties and procedures provided by the Spanish railway infrastructure manager (ADIF) in accordance with the file prepared by the management authority (meeting the criteria established in Annex III of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1011/2014), entrusted ADIF with the duties included in the agreement signed by the general manager of European funds on April 17, 2017 and accepted by ADIF's president on May 8, 2017.

ADIF will act as an Intermediate Organism for ADIF's and ADIF High Speed's actions under the responsibility of the management authority, regarding the Multiregional Operational Program for Spain ERDF 2014-2020.
