Works, track crossings by pipelines, and other actions or activities

At the request of the interested parties, we undertake the administrative processes for granting the different authorisations required for actions within the railway public domain and in areas under the jurisdiction of the railway.

Proceedings for reducing the Area under Public Domain or the Building Boundary Line

Authorisation for building work or actions in areas under the jurisdiction of the railway.

Proceedings for authorisations corresponding to building work, facilities and activities in these areas and granting the permit required to occupy, where applicable, the railway public domain (concurrent jurisdictions, administrative authorisations and licences).

Authorization for drone flights in the private UAS zone managed by Adif/Adif AV

In accordance with Royal Decree 517/2024, operations involving UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems) in the specific geographic zone managed by Adif/Adif AV require either a prior declaration of responsibility or explicit authorization from Adif/Adif AV.

Requests must be submitted through the Adif or Adif-AV electronic headquarters, depending on the railway line affected by the proposed action.
