Fight against fraud and corruption

The Institutional Declaration of the fight against fraud, made by the President of the entity, demonstrates the commitment to maintaining the highest standards in compliance with legal, ethical and moral standards and to adopting the principles of integrity, impartiality and honesty, implementing a policy of zero tolerance towards fraud and corruption.

The main objective of the institutional declaration is therefore to promote an ethical culture within the organization that will deter any type of fraudulent activity and make it possible to prevent and detect such activity.

The organization also has a Corporate Anti-Fraud Policy, being committed to good governance under the principles of ethics and transparency. It is also committed to ensuring the proper management of community funds, especially those stemming from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, through a specific anti-fraud plan approved by the Board of Directors on January 25, 2022.

Ethics Channel

The Ethics Channel is the communication channel between Adif and its stakeholders, as well as with society in general so that anyone can report possible breaches of the Code of Ethics and Conduct.

Only those notifications related to the Adif Code of Ethics and Conduct will be handled.
Similarly, facts that may constitute fraud or irregularity linked to projects or operations financed with funds from the European Union, in addition to the internal Ethics Channel, can be reported through the following channels:
