The state-owned enterprise Administrador de Infraestructuras Ferroviarias (Adif) undertakes to make its website accessible in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7 , on accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications.

ILUNION Accessibility certifies, dated July 27, 2022, that the Adif website, partially complies with the Double A level according to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 of the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium although it has been detected that the following obstacles still exist:
- There are images whose textual description must be reviewed.
- On some pages, the use of color should be reviewed as should the contrast between foreground and background.
- There are problems displaying the content when enlarging the text or zooming in.
- There are problems with keyboard navigation
- In some cases, errors are not properly identified

Application procedure.
If, once a request for accessible information or complaint has been made and has been rejected, and the person concerned does not agree with the decision adopted, or the response does not meet the requirements set forth in Article 12.5, the person concerned may initiate a formal complaint. Likewise, a formal complaint may be initiated in the event that the period of twenty business days has elapsed without having received a response.
The formal complaint can be filed through the Generic Request from the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as via the other options included in Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
Claims will be received and processed by the General Subdirectorate for Service Inspection of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation.
