In accordance with article 347.2 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, by which the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23 / EU and 2014/24 are transposed into the Spanish legal system / EU, of February 26, 2014, the Contractor Profile of ADIF is integrated into the Public Sector Procurement Platform, where the information regarding all the calls for tenders held by the Entity, as well as their results, is published.

Procurement conditions

Adif applies the general contracting principles provided for in the current legislation, given its nature as a public business entity within the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda.

Adif's policy aims to optimize the relationship between cost, quality and benefits in all kinds of goods and services contracts, and to guarantee the principles of publicity, competition, transparency, equality and non-discrimination.
