Education

Adif is committed to engaging with the educational sector and establishing connections with students at all levels, from schoolchildren to university students. The aim is to promote the values associated with the railway and with Adif’s activities, highlighting its contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Through these initiatives, principles such as health and safety, respect for the environment, and social cohesion are promoted, introducing younger generations to a model of mobility that is more sustainable, inclusive, and responsible.

At Adif, we seek to bring the world of railways closer to children and young people, sparking their interest in railway professions, particularly in engineering and STEM disciplines (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). Special attention is given to encouraging these vocations among girls and young women, promoting equal opportunities from the earliest stages of education.
In addition, we are working to strengthen the presence of the railways and Adif in the academic field, offering educational resources aligned with the values of mobility and sustainable infrastructure.
