Este servicio de asistencia a viajeros con discapacidad y movilidad reducida se presta por 600 profesionales en 141 estaciones con tráficos de trenes de alta velocidad, larga y media distancia.
Adif Acerca asistió a 141.411 viajeros en el 1T de 2023: +10,6%, frente a enero-marzo de 2019 (prepandemia); y +46,3% con respecto al 1T 2022. El año pasado, Adif Acerca atendió a 635.185 viajeros.
